Booking and cancellation conditions:

All rates are per room, per night incl. breakfast, service, taxes and all other charges. The Dog fee will be charged per dog/per night. The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice.

The deadline for hotel bookings is October 11 th , 2010. After this deadline, reservations will still be handled, but Pegasus cannot, however, guarantee hotel accommodation.

For cancellations until September 1st, 2010 we have to charge € 25,- handling fee. For cancellations after this date or No show there will be no refound. Cancellations have to be made in written. Refounds will only be made after the congress.
